The long and deep love story between Tonino Guerra and the most poetic village of Montefeltro: an excursion and a heart-warming guided tour to enter slowly into the magic world of the great poet. Along the way, among woods, sculptures and paintings, the guide will tell you legends related to the touched woods, nature and places.
You will walk along the path that “the Maestro” often followed and that reminded him of “the world’s childhood”. During the walk you will see waterfalls and streams that you will have to wade, a petrified spring and breathtaking views. You will see tiny villages with an ancient flavour and visit the picturesque Pennabilli, where Tonino moved in 1989, it hosts medieval buildings from the Malatesta era and will allow you to admire the poetic corners created by “the Maestro”, such as the Garden of Forgotten Fruits.
Pennabilli is also linked to Tibet, the Dalai Lama came here in 1996 and 2005, you will discover the reason of his visit during your walk.
