Do you want to taste a real plate of tagliatelle? This is the experience for you!
Romagna is a land of good food and tradition. The typical dishes of Romagna cuisine have their roots in the past and are inevitably intertwined with the figure of the “azdora”, the woman who presided over housekeeping matters and had the responsibility to feed the whole large family with the limited available food. The “sfoglia”, made with simple ingredients such as eggs and flour, has always been of such a great importance, that it requires a real professional figure: the “sfoglina”. Take a break from the frenetic coast and immerse yourself in the scents and flavours of Romagna tradition. With a rolling pin always at your side, a “sfoglina” will guide you step by step and teach you how to prepare “tagliatelle”: you will knead the flour, roll out the dough and cut it into long thin strips. After having put your hands in the dough, you will enjoy your lunch which will include typical local products and naturally the protagonist of this experience: tagliatelle. Minimum age: 14 years.
