Within 24 hours from your request you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of availability. To be activated each proposal requires a minimum number of 10 people (adults), unless otherwise specified. In case of failure to reach the minimum number, ITineraris will notify the traveller of the withdrawal within:

  • 20 days before departure for tours lasting more than 6 days
  • 7 days before departure for tours between 2 and 6 days
  • 48 hours for day tours

ITineraris will then reimburse within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, after having deducted the appropriate costs of handling and any cancellation insurance.

The days are intended as “working” (Monday to Friday) excluding the day of withdrawal and any public holidays.

Please note that the Tourism Code is not applicable to day tours, rather reference should be made to the Consumer Code for further information on the rights of travellers.

Please note that upon arrival it will be necessary to present a valid identity document.


Bank transfer

For day tours: the balance directly on booking confirmation (within 72 hours from the tour beginning).

For multi-day tours: deposit of 25% upon booking confirmation and balance to be paid at 30 days before departure or full payment on booking if departure is at less than 30 days.


The tourist who withdraws from the contract for reasons other than those set forth in art. 10 of the General Terms and Conditions, will be charged the following penalties (calculated on the total amount of the booked package):

Day tour

  • up to 15 days before departure: no penalty
  • until 2 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the tour
  • beyond this term: 100% of the total cost of the tour

multi-day tour

  • up to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
  • from 29 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
  • from 20 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
  • from 13 to 5 days before departure: 90% of the total package cost
  • beyond this term: 100% of the total package cost

In case of Special Offers with reduced rates, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

Days are intended as “working” (Monday to Friday) excluding the day of withdrawal and any public holidays.

It is specified that:

  • cancellation insurance is non-refundable
  • no refund will be granted to those who do not show up at the start or give up during their stay
  • no refund will be due for lack and/or inaccuracy of the foreseen personal documents 


The handling costs are calculated at 3% of the total package cost. Day tours are not subject to the above-mentioned costs.


To guarantee a comfortable stay, as well as interesting and enjoyable, we invite you to ask our staff all the information on the accessibility of the route and advise you to communicate any special needs, regarding motor difficulties or disabilities. In case of severe bad weather or lack of security for outdoor activities, the route may be modified without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the guide or alternative activities are foreseen without extra costs, for example: visits to exhibitions, museums, art centres and monuments, workshops and tastings. It is also possible to request personalised alternative activities at an extra cost


All ITineraris offers, both day tours and multi-day tours, include the obligatory basic medical and baggage insurance. At the time of booking it is possible to integrate the basic policy with further coverage. Cancellation insurance can be offered only to residents in Italy.


It is important to show up on time at the meeting places of the activities. In case of delays of more than 15 minutes, ITineraris reserves the right to start the planned activity. It will be possible to join the group, but ITineraris does not assume responsibility for activities carried out in the absence of guides / instructors. The programmes are indicative and the order of visits could be modified according to the actual availability of the service providers at the time of definite confirmation of the tour.


Registrations are possible while seats are available and are considered definitely confirmed only when the required minimum number of people has been reached and after payment of the deposit or balance.


ITineraris transmits the culture of good food and good drinking, enhancing local products.

We recommend communicating any food allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.


It is necessary to specify the eventual presence of pets on booking in order to better organise your stay.1
